Shipping Policy

All orders are made to order and are processed within 2–4 business days. Please note that because each item is handcrafted, production and shipping may take 1–2 weeks depending on demand.

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, based on your selected shipping method. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Return Policy

At JunkedByKamelia, all of our products are handmade with love and care. Because of the custom nature of many of our items, we have different return guidelines for each type:

📱 Custom Junk Cases

• No returns are accepted on custom cases due to their personalized design.

• If the case is significantly different from the photo or reference you provided, we’ll offer a full refund or a replacement.

• If the case is what you requested but you don’t like how it turned out, you may qualify for a partial refund. We want you to be happy and will work with you!

🎨 Freestyle Junk Cases

• If you’re not satisfied with a freestyle (non-custom) case, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — as long as it’s unused.

✨ Charm Bracelets

• Custom charm bracelets may be returned within 30 days, but all original charms must be included.

• If some charms are missing, you will only receive a partial refund — or possibly no refund at all, depending on the condition.

• Freestyle charm bracelets (non-custom) can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, as long as they’re unused.
